They are a gang of individuals resident in Uganda with a mission to scam people looking to buy Gold from Africa. They lure customers into traveling to Uganda and once there, they use every tactic to extort money from them. Sometimes they kidnap their victims, forcing them to call friends abroad to wire money to them.
